Regarding a load reduction factor

Hello there, in the video (Anchor 201: Evaluation of factors that effect bond strength) at 53:04, you are using fNn. Can you please clarify which factor is this and from which table you get the value of 0.78 for tension and 0.61 for shear? Thank You very much
