Why didn't I receive a continuine education certificate for Profis software webinar.

I was registered for the recent webinar on Profis software. When I tried to log in my screen read "listen only mode" with no clue as to how to correct the situation. I have used the software for some time, So i was familiar enough to follow by opening the program on my computer and followed along as the webinar proceeded. I had questions to ask but was unable to do so. I have not received my ceu. certificate for attending this webinar. Why?
