what is the tensile and shear load after epoxy full cured ?

I made a hole to install a ( hit-v rod ) 12 mm diameter , and 20 mm hole depth , with RE500-sd epoxy in concrete  , and because of the intensity of reinforcing steel , the hole become sloping , not vertical on the concrete surface , as shown in file attached , so what is the tensile load in this case after epoxy cured ? is it the same in table ? what is the effect of the sloping of anchor rod on tensile load ?

adhesive anchors,epoxy,spoling,not vertical

Marvvan,

Hilti will reference the ICC-ES Acceptance Criteria which states that the tolerance of the drilled hole can only be +/- 6 degrees in both CMU and concrete base materials. If the anchor is installed outside of this guideline, it will be up to the design engineer to evaluate the project by taking into considerations things such as, but not limited to: bolt bending, localized crushing, reduced embedment depth, etc.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Marvvan,

You can find the "Drill Bit Requirements" which speak to the tolerance that we discussed in ACI 355.2 Section 5.2.2 or ACI 355.4 Section 4.5.1.3.
