Good afternoon,

We can address your application through an engineering judgment (EJ) which will be a detail showing your exact application with the firestop components to maintain the stated ratings. The EJ will be based off W-L-1380 but for a three hour F-rating which will require bumping up the sealant in the gypsum board to 1-7/8" thickness.

Please see below link for Hilti engineering judgment request form. Please fill out the form and email the completed form with any additional details to usfirestopeng@hilti.com

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns please let us know.

Thank you for choosing Hilti as your firestop specialist and have a great day.

I am looking for a hilti UL lisiting for a max 4" pipe in a U415 Shaft Wall. Do you have it without a Engineering Judgment?

Hello,

We can address your application through an engineering judgment which will be a detail showing your exact application with full depth of FSONE MAX sealant to fill thickness of gypsum in which it is installed in based off W-L-1380 and W-L-1252. When submitting for an engineering judgment, please provide stud width of wall assembly as this will affect the depth of FSONE MAX. Please see attached for Hilti engineering judgment request form. Please fill out the form and email the completed form with any additional details to usfirestopeng@hilti.com
