For the Webinars provided by Hilti if we are watching as a group of people is there a form we fill out to get everyone credit for watching or does everyone have to register separately and watch the webinar separately.

Hi Anna,

For the first time everyone will need to register and complete their profile but for any webinars after that registration will be significantly simplified.

Once you or one of your colleagues have registered, next to the "register for webinar" button is a dropdown menu. Within that menu is a button to add group attendees. Here you can add the emails of your colleagues. This will cause an email to be sent to your colleagues prompting them to register on Ask Hilti. Once they complete the registration, and the webinar has taken place, the certificate will be available for download from each individual account.

With the above process, only the person who registers everyone else needs to be logged in to watch the webinar and everyone else can just watch from that feed (e.g. in an auditorium or conference room). Each attendee does not need to watch separately. Only On-Demand webinars require each attendee to watch separately and pass the quiz themselves.

Hi Peter, Yes, the function is disabled after the session is past in order to prevent unauthorized additional registrations. If you would like to add additional attendees after a session has ended, just send us the names and emails of the additional attendees to webinar@hilti.com and we will work with you to get them added to the session. Yes, I see that icon now, but once I close up the page and the webinar session has past, the icon is gone and I can't add any attendee.

Hi Peter, Once you register for the webinar, there is a small icon with a plus that appears in the top right corner of the webinar box. Click that to add attendees. We are working on making this more prominent. Let us know if you need anything else. Tim
