Using A36 grade threaded rod and Hilti HY 200 what is the design load difference between an 11 inch embedment and a 14 inch embedment?

John,
The capacity will be based on multiple factors including diameter, embedment, anchor spacing, edge distance, and concrete strength to name a few. Typically, a deeper embedment will see an increase in capacity.
The capacity of an anchor can be quickly analyzed using PROFIS Anchor which is available for free at this link. Using the simplified design tables in the product technical guide or performing a hand calculation are other options for checking capacity.
