How is this system more advantageous than using standard high strength grout, the classical "drill and grout"?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Hilti HY 200 or HIT RE 500 V3 have a significant advantage over cementitious grouts with regard to the ease of installation. Typical cementitious grouts have a long cure time and some require a large annular gap and have a low viscosity. The hole preparation for cementitious grouts can also be more difficult than for the Hilti HIT products. When installing horizontal or overhead, using cementitious grouts is extremely difficult. So while there may not be an advantage with regard to development length, the ease of use of the Hilti HIT products make this a better overall system and a preferred method for installers who have used both products.
