Tom,

Currently in North America there are no standards or qualifications tests for dynamic loading on post-installed anchor systems; however, some Hilti anchors are noted as "may be suitable" for dynamic loading based on European testing (https://submittals.us.hilti.com/PTGVol2/#6). To assist with the design, many customers will reference the HIlti European Dynamic Design guide (https://www.hilti.fi/medias/sys_master/documents/h3a/9107966591006/Dynamic-design-of-anchors-Brochure-ASSET-DOC-LOC-2521843.pdf) in order to make an engineering judgement for the anchor system.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Regards,

Bryan

I am unable to open the Hilti European Dynamic Design Guide. I think either the link is no longer valid or some other issues. Please advise where I can view the guide. Thnaks.
