Pull Test for Hilti Kwik Bolt TZ SS 304

I want to conduct a pull test for the Hilti Kwik bolt TZ SS 304. How can I determine the test load? Is it going to be 1.5 x the design load (ASD)? or 0.67 x Design Strength? or 80% yield strength of the bolt? I understand this should be defined by the design engineer, but I'd like to know the general requirements for this. Does it state in any (US) codes?
