does these PAF give any uplift capacity?

Powder actuated fasteners will contribute to uplift capacity on a metal deck diaphragm. From the SDI Manual, the equation to calculate uplift is 
, where K is the number of frame fasteners per deck sheet per joist/beam, C is the width of deck sheet, and Tn,F is the controlling ultimate tension capacity of frame fastener. This ultimate tension capacity can be found in the product technical guide for each type of frame fastener. For example, the ultimate tension capacity for the X-HSN 24 can be found here.
