i want to install an Anchor ( has ) with HY170 , but there is a rust on the rod , is there any problem , Will it spread after the epoxy is cured , is it better not to install the rod because of the rust on it ?

Marvvan,

In regards to the anchor element, as discussed in the product'c ICC-ES Evaluation Report, it will need to be clean and free of any debris, and shall not have any material on the threaded element, other than the zinc-coating. If rust is present, it could cause issues with the bonding ability of the adhesive, which could result in a reduction in capacity.
