When using PROFIS Rebar, what would be the difference in the design using HY-200 vs. RE-500 V3?

well this is a good question. Calculating a tension or compression development length/lap splice length per ACI 318-11 Chapter 12, or calculating a special moment frame/special structural wall development length per ACI 318-11 Chapter 21 is independent of the whether HIT-HY 200 or HIT-RE 500 V3 is used. The determination to use either adhesive will be based on the installation parameters. Reference Section 3.6 (page 19) and Section 4.1 (page 21) in the Hilti North America Post-Installed Reinforcing Bar Guide for detailed information regarding selection of an adhesive system (Section 3.6) and system selection considerations (Section 4.1).
