For a group of anchors suppose all anchors are mechanical anchors except one which had to be epoxy set, can the software analysis this situation or any tips to consider when this situation arises.

When using PROFIS Anchor it will require that all the anchors be the same type (mechanical/adhesive/cast-in-place), diameter, and embedment depth, in order to perform the analysis. If you have a combination of these variables, it will be an engineering judgement on how to analyze this scenario by you or the design engineer, since it is outside the scope of the software.
