Does Los Angeles approve post installed rebar?

Does Los Angeles approve the use of Hilti products as post installed rebar? If so where can I find any additional requirements for lap splices?

Nina,

In the product’s ICC-ES Evaluation Report (ICC-ES ESR), the product will have an LABC/LARC Supplement attached to the backend of the report indicating that the product has been approved for use. For additional information on this, you can reference the ICC-ES Evaluation Report or the LABC site.
