We are installing a lightning proteciton system on a fire station in Cape Coral. We have 2 scenarios where we can either pass the conductor through the 2 hour fire wall and fire caulk it or use a 1/2" threaded rod through the wall and caulk it with a fire caulk. Looking to see if you have a detail approved for this type of applicaiton?
