It is typically seen that installers will have a “Pre-Installation Meeting” with the Hilti Account Manager and/or Field Engineer in order to run through typical jobsite scenarios, to ensure the proper settings are known by all installers. During this time it allows for the installers and Hilti representatives to confirm understanding of the products and tools, verify application ranges, and clear up any confusion or questions.
