Designing Post-Installed Anchors (HIT-HY 200) into existing 9" slab

Designing Post-Installed Anchors (HIT-HY 200) into existing 9" slab

I have been tasked with qualifying a diameter, embedment depth, and installation conditions for a new column to be installed on an existing slab with 2" of grout as the stand-off. The system will need to incorporate stainless steel anchors and promote effective and structurally efficient installation methods.

I have attached my anchor design model and results. I have highlighted a few areas I would like to discuss with one of your technical representatives. I would like to go over the results and input along with receiving some guidance on understanding the warnings in the results; whether they are critical warnings or recommendations. We do a lot of installations onto existing concrete so I want to get more familiar and have a clear understanding of this software. The results and the model build-up is straight forward but getting some expert guidance on this and how to correctly define the as-built conditions is critical and will certainly deem a more effective, efficient design.
