Dealing with imperfectly driven fasteners

It was mentioned earlier that for underdrive not to redrive. How do you deal with underdrive and overdrive, fixes, etc?

Hey Customer,

well this is a good question. It is not recommended to re-drive an underdriven fastener, in concrete or steel. Wherever possible, it is recommended to replace the fastener which is not properly driven. Recommendations for spacing are provided in manufacturer’s catalogs and ICC reports, and are normally based on ASTM E1190. (See the last answer for the detailed values from ASTM E1190.) Don't hesitate to contact us if there is anything else we can do for you.

All the best
Michael
