Hello Muralidharan:
In general adhesive anchor products are typically not suitable for applications in an environment with a temperature of 200 deg. C or approximately 400 deg. F. The two flagship adhesive anchor products that Hilti offers in North America are HIT-RE 500 V3 and HIT-HY 200. HIT-RE 500 V3 is an epoxy with a slow cure time and HIT-HY 200 is a hybrid acrylic based adhesive with a fast cure time. Due to their chemical composition, most hybrid adhesive anchor systems typically have a higher temperature limit as compared to epoxy anchor systems. In our technical data and ICC ESRs we include Temperature Ranges for each product with a maximum short and long term temperature. The Bond Strength design tables will list the corresponding bond strengths for each temperature range and the footnotes will define each range. The maximum temperature (temperature range B) for HIT-RE 500 V3 is 176 deg. F short term and 110 deg. F long term. The maximum temperature (temperature range C) for HIT-HY 200 is 248 deg. F short term and 162 deg. F long term.
