Can Profis Anchor & Profis Rebar be installed in Windows 10 Pro ?

Asking on behalf of specifier. They encounter issue installing Profis in their computer running Windows 10 Pro.

PROFIS Anchor (https://www.hilti.com/2097332) can be downloaded onto computers that are running Windows 7, 8, & 10 (see Technical Data in link); while, PROFIS Rebar is a web-based program, and requires no download process (https://www.hilti.com/content/hilti/W1/US/en/engineering/software0/profis-design-software/profis-rebar-software.html).
