Strongest Concrete Anchor

I'm working with 4000 psi 5" thick concrete that has cured 1.5 years. Looking to anchor a 2-post lift and overkill the holding power (yes reviewing manufactures recommendations). What 3/4" anchor (Epoxy?) you you recommend to obtain the maximum strength? How deep should I drill the hole (all the way threw)? How deep in the hole should I install the anchor? Again, I', looking to get the maximum holding strength. Thnaks. Will
