Hilti's rebar doweling software, load input
When using Hilti's online rebar doweling software, there's nowhere to input a design load. Is it assumed that the load is As*fy?

Joel,
Unlike PROFIS Anchor, which uses Anchor Theory per ACI 318-14 Chapter 17, there are no load inputs in PROFIS Rebar, since the software is referencing ACI 318-14 Chapter 25 (ACI 318-11 Chapter 12) to calculate the development length/splice length of post-installed rebar in order to develop the full yield stress of the rebar. If you are concerned with using factored loads and evaluating the difference failure modes, you would need to utilize the PROFIS Anchor software.
